POWERS OF TEN
Designers Charles and Ray Eames created this short film in order to show the entire universe in factors of ten. I think it’s cool because it shows how big we are and how small we are at the same time. It can be interpreted scientifically but it can also be interpreted as a way of thinking about design. They believed that ornate systems could emerge from the simplest of objects and that design was continually expanding in order to improve people’s lives.
